To create new ticket using email, it is enough to send a letter to
techsupport@perpetuumsoft.com. Ticket will be created automatically and you will receive an
auto-answer containing ticket number. This ticket number must be included it in
the subject (including brackets) of all future emails regarding this
issue.
Message history can be viewed at the page. Use your login and password to log in http://www.perpetuumsoft.com/ site.
Note: in
order to make message history and tickets available through the web interface
you should send tickets from the email that corresponds to your account at http://www.perpetuumsoft.com/
