should send a request to our support team and if this is a known issue,
you will get a solution within 48 hours. If investigation and finding a
solution for the reported issue requires significant time, you will be
informed about it. In this case you have 2 options: get Accidental
Technical Support (at an hourly rate) and the solution will be offered
to you with highest priority possible or get Premium Support (at fixed
price per year) and the solution will be offered to you according to the
Premium Support Agreement.
